Holistic Approach
At Kaleidoscope Holistic Counselling, I offer online counselling for adults who may look fine on the outside yet feel tired, anxious, lonely or quietly overwhelmed. By gently exploring how your emotions, relationships, cultural background, body and life experiences connect, we can begin to make sense of what has been weighing on you.
My aim is to provide a calm, steady space where you can feel heard, understand yourself more clearly and find ways of living that feel more honest and bearable. I work in both English and Mandarin, and I am based in Edinburgh, offering online sessions across the UK.

Meet The Counsellor
I am originally from Taiwan and have been living and working in the UK for many years, with a background in psychology and training in counselling and psychotherapy. I am especially interested in how grief, belonging and identity are carried in the body and in relationships, and in sessions I tend to be quiet and thoughtful, giving you space to pause and find your own words.

Initial Consultations

A free 20 minute online conversation where you can briefly share what has brought you here, ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.
2.
Individual Counselling
50 minutes (online)
Weekly 50 minute sessions offering a calm, steady space to explore your thoughts, feelings and relationships, so that you do not have to carry everything on your own.
3.
Individual Counselling
90 minutes (online)
A longer 90 minute session for times when you need extra space to go deeper into complex feelings or experiences, without rushing, and to reflect more fully on what has been happening inside you.
Seeking Support
Seeking support can feel confusing, especially if you have been holding a lot on your own.
